Online Demo First, Then a 14-Day Free Trial
Many hoteliers arrive looking for a hotel management software free trial, and Exceed offers one. We put the demo first for a practical reason. Hotel software is empty until it knows your room types, rate plans, taxes and outlets. A trial login to a blank system shows very little, and it is hard to judge the software from it.
The online demo solves that. In one session you see the whole flow on a working hotel, you learn which parts matter for a property of your size, and we learn enough about your hotel to set the trial up properly. When your free trial starts, your own rooms and rates are already in place, so you can take a test booking, check a guest in and print a bill on the first day.
The demo is as useful for a 10-room guest house as for a 150-room hotel with banquets.
